Jan-Feb 2015 Nutrition Events - booking now

The new year will see some exciting new nutrition events. But places are booking fast!

The first is a great day event on Monday 19 January, taking place in Cheadle Hume, just outside Manchester, which is open to practitioners, their clients and the public. The topic is healthy ageing and will include lots of practical tips for things you can do now to improve the chances of a healthy, active life as you get older.

Ageing is also the topic of a fantastic new day-long workshop on Saturday 24 January, which I'm excited about faciliating with 2 talented colleagues Ellie Brown (pilates and fitness) and Kelly Robson (mindfulness). We'll be showing you how to use exercise, mindfulness and nutrition advice to improve your hormonal balance and your general wellbeing during the mid-life years and beyond. It's going to be a truly great day of learning, connectedness and fun - not to mention the delicious lunch and snacks that are included in the price. This event is open to everyone and is held at the exclusive De Veres venue in the heart of historic Greenwich.

Then we're back with more of the popular Lamberts events for healthcare practitioners, held at the Royal Society of Medicine, on 22 January and 3 and 24 February. Our focus this time will be on the use of laboratory testing, diet and supplements to support the mind, memory and mood. We'll discuss the latest scientific research in this area, including potential ways to reduce the risk of related diseases like Alzheimer's and Depression.
