Weight Loss: A Functional Nutrition Approach
07 April 2017
With over 60% of middle aged men and women in the UK being overweight or obese, and worldwide more than 40 million children under the age of 5 falling into the same category, the need for achievable, sustainable weight loss interventions has never been greater.
It’s an issue that likely comes up regularly in your practice. But how do you devise a programme that is going to make a real difference for your individual client? One that will help the client stay motivated, be sustainable in the longer term and in social situations, one that doesn’t leave them feeling deprived, but instead helps them to feel happier, healthier and more energised?
These are precisely the topics we'll be exploring in our new full-day seminar coming up this summer. We're repeating the event on 4 dates between May and July, three in Central London and one in Tunbridge Wells. The event is open to healthcare practitioners of any discipline (both conventional and complementary) and to nutritional therapy students. If you don't happen to fall into one of these categories but you're interested in the topic, you may want to consider alerting your healthcare adviser to the event.
For more information, please see the events tab. Early booking is advised, as our seminars tend to sell out quickly.
